Front-end JS Engineer

Cordial seeks a talented Front-end Engineer to join our team.  You would be an early hire in a fast growing startup and would have significant influence over how we structure portions of our user interface.  Being a well-rounded engineer who specializes in front-end work, you design and implement software that is optimized and respectful of back-end services.  You are a self-motivated expert who is easy to work with, fails quickly and learns from mistakes.

Enterprise Sales Executive (SoCal, Bay Area, Pacific NW, and NE)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Cordial is looking for a savvy, well connected Enterprise sales professional with deep experience in the email marketing, ecommerce platform or mobile messaging to expand our growth in the West. The perfect candidate will have been a repeated top performer in their region, be an excellent communicator both written and verbal (yes… words matter….), have sold technical products, run their own demos and have been successful in previous roles breaking into a territory with limited brand exposure. Client Experience Specialist

The Client Experience Specialist will provide services and support to drive the overall success of Cordial’s current and future customers across the entire customer lifecycle. This includes participation in pre-sales discovery conversations with prospective clients, leading new Cordial clients through their on-boarding and implementation process, providing tactical advice and support services and development of best practices thought capital. Senior Application Architect - PHP

You will determine the best approach for solving some key problems around messaging and analytics. A broad knowledge of available technologies from MongoDB to Docker will assist in finding a solution that will perform at scale. Email Deliverablity Specialist

Cordial seeks a talented Email Deliverability Specialist to join our team. You would be an early hire in a fast growing startup and would contribute sound operational and strategic guidance in order to optimize client email performance and campaign results. You are self-motivated and easy to work with, you fail quickly, and learn from mistakes.

At Cordial you will:

  • Develop and manage business relationships with leading Internet Service Providers, E-mail Inbox Providers, E-mail Filtering and Anti-spam solution vendors
  • Work with major ISPs to ensure that all client IP addresses are whitelisted.
  • Establish new complaint feedback loops with ISPs and receiving domains.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, including updates and technology breakthroughs affecting deliverability.
  • Proactively gain advanced knowledge on upgrades and changes to functionality which will impact Cordial clients.
  • Develop and present periodic seminars on delivering commercial e-mail.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Cordial is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the Cloud Engineering Team to provide expertise with a high focus on automation in areas such as monitoring, logging, security, backups/HA/DR, compliance, and ensuring the operations processes and standards are integrated into the development or migration of workloads in the cloud.

At Cordial you will:

  • Instrument automation solutions for source, deploy, pipeline, configuration management
  • Instrument continuous build, integration, deploy and infrastructure as code (IAC)
  • Work with development and product management teams to design, transition and operate cloud based workloads
  • Ensure Monitoring and Alerting Standards are part of all builds or migrations
  • Ensure migrated workloads are in compliance with Security and Governance standards
  • Ensure Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management processes are used for Cloud workloads

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for recommending process and procedure improvements, and facilitating communication between the Operations Teams, Developers, and Product Owners. Associate Customer Technical Support Engineer

The Associate Customer Technical Support Engineer will work collaboratively with engineering, product management and client services organization in managing inbound client technical and user support. This is a growth role with a fast growing product and engineering organization that requires someone versatile in solving problems and following through.

  • Build up an in-depth understanding of the application, API, and client tools
  • Provide customer and technical support resolution via email, phone and other electronic medium
  • Assist customers with client onboarding related support tasks, ongoing user support through Zendesk and routing and managing of ticket support lifecycle.
